By accessing or using RetroRail (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
RetroRail is a real-time collaborative agile ceremony toolkit — retrospective boards, planning poker, and icebreakers — for agile teams. The Service is provided free of charge.
You may sign in using Google OAuth or participate anonymously via a shared board link. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious content; or (e) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (cards, action items, board names). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matt Black shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
